Part III (Articles 12 to 35) holds the Fundamental Rights. Article 14 promises equality before law, Article 21 protects life and personal liberty, and Article 32 lets you go straight to the Supreme Court to enforce these rights.
The Union executive starts at Article 52 (the President) and Article 63 (the Vice-President); the Supreme Court is set up by Article 124. Constitutional bodies have their own articles: the CAG (148), the Finance Commission (280) and the Election Commission (324).
Emergency provisions sit together: Article 352 for a national emergency, Article 356 for failure of constitutional machinery in a State, and Article 360 for a financial emergency. Article 368 gives Parliament the power to amend the Constitution.
