Let your AI assistant use IndiaDigital

Our MCP server lets assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor find the right tool, answer tax and GST questions and look up due dates. It never receives files: for PDFs, photos and videos it gives the user a link, and the work happens privately in their own browser.

Server URL: https://indiadigital.org/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no authentication).

What it can do

search_tools: Find the right tool, task shortcut or clinic for what the user wants (works with Hindi and Hinglish phrasing).
get_tool: Details, accepted formats, limits and the link for one tool.
compare_tax_regimes: Old vs new income tax regime for tax year 2026-27, with the full working.
calculate_gst: Add or extract GST at 0, 5, 18 or 40 percent (and special rates).
check_gst_registration: Does this business need GST registration in its state?
list_clinics / run_clinic: Run a Decision Clinic and get a personal answer, reasons, next steps and a pre-filled link.
upcoming_due_dates: Next GST, income tax and TDS due dates, with a calendar subscription link.
get_facts: The rates, slabs and thresholds we use, with sources and the date last verified.

Rules we follow

Read-only: no tool changes anything, sends messages or stores data.
No files, no personal data. Clinic answers are calculated from the values the assistant sends and are not stored.
Fair use: up to 60 requests a minute per network.
Answers are estimates with sources, not legal or tax advice.
