How do I register a startup in India?भारत में स्टार्टअप कैसे रजिस्टर करें?
First choose a structure: a Private Limited company if you plan to raise investment or give ESOPs, an LLP for partnerships with lighter compliance, an OPC for a solo founder who wants limited liability, or a proprietorship to test a small idea. Companies and LLPs are incorporated on the MCA portal. Then add GST if the law or your buyers require it, and DPIIT recognition on the Startup India portal if you want Startup India schemes. Score 70% or more in the 20-question final test (unlimited retakes, a new paper each time), type your name, and download a PDF certificate and a share image for LinkedIn.
