Noolukettu naming ceremony invitation
In Kerala the naamakaranam is the noolukettu, held on the twenty-eighth day: a black-and-gold thread is tied around the baby’s waist, the name is whispered three times and the first gold ornament is put on. Kasavu cream with gold zari bands and a lit nilavilakku make the invite quietly festive.

- Moon & little feet चाँद और नन्हे पाँव — Lilac-and-sky watercolour, a crescent moon, tiny footprints and twinkling stars.
- Lotus pastel कमल पेस्टल — Peach-and-blush watercolour, an opening lotus, Cormorant italics: modern and gentle.
