Mundan ceremony invitation video
The mundan, or chudakarma, is the child’s first haircut — usually at a family temple or on a riverbank, with the mama holding the child and the barber working fast. Turmeric sun rays, marigold garlands and petals make this invite bright and auspicious; in Hindi it reads मुंडन संस्कार with “में आप सादर आमंत्रित हैं”.
How to make a mundan ceremony invitation

At what age is the mundan done?
Usually in the first or third year, on a date set by the family priest. The invite simply shows your date, time and temple.
Can I add the bhoj after the mundan?
Yes. Put it in “Line under the title”, for example “Mundan at 9 · Bhoj at 1 PM”.
