Trading plan, journal and emotional rules
A written plan, a pre-trade checklist, an honest journal, and the days when the best trade is no tradeलिखी हुई योजना, सौदे से पहले की चेकलिस्ट, ईमानदार जर्नल, और वे दिन जब सबसे अच्छा सौदा कोई सौदा नहीं
Priya’s plan fits on one card
Priya’s plan is short enough to read before every trade. It does not try to predict the market. It only decides what she will do in each case, so the decision is made before emotions arrive.
Summary
A trading plan is written before the market opens, when you are calm. It names your setup (the exact situation you trade), your entry, stop loss, target and quantity, a maximum number of trades a day, and a maximum loss a day after which you stop. A short checklist before each trade asks: is this my setup, is the stop decided, is the size right, am I within today’s limits? If any answer is no, there is no trade.
A journal records every trade: what you planned, what you did, and what you felt. Reviewing it weekly shows patterns that one day hides, such as losses after a loss (revenge trading), buying after a big move (FOMO), or breaking the trade limit. Emotional rules, like stopping after two losses, keep a bad hour from becoming a bad month. Some days are not for trading at all: when you are tired, angry, or the market is driven by an event you cannot judge.
