- Students of Maharashtra in post-matric courses (Class 11 onwards) in recognised colleges.
- Each scholarship has its own category and income limit (for example Post-Matric for SC/ST/OBC/VJNT/SBC, Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj fee scholarship, minority scholarships).
