Who is eligible for AP State Stipend?
- APST (Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe) students pursuing higher, technical or professional courses in institutions within or outside the state.
- Apply in only one scheme: the State Stipend or the Post Matric Scholarship to ST students (Umbrella Scheme). An application found in both is rejected by NSP.
- Regular government servants enrolled as students are not eligible.
