For nine nights of Navratri, societies, clubs and families gather after the evening aarti to dance garba and dandiya raas. The rhythm of the evening is familiar: aarti to Mataji around eight, then circles of garba that grow as the dhol picks up, with dandiya later in the night and a best-dressed prize to close. Organisers need to tell residents and guests which nights are open, the timings, whether passes are required, and what to wear, chaniya choli and kediyu are part of the fun.
This free invite page works for one garba night or the whole festival. List the aarti, garba and prize timings, add the venue with a Google Maps button and set a dress code. Residents reply with how many family members are coming, and you can export the list to Excel for the food counter. A printed QR card at the society gate or on the notice board opens the same page for anyone who missed the WhatsApp message.
