An alumni meet is a small event to run. There is registration at the main building, a panel with seniors who now lead companies or labs, a campus walk past the old hostel, lunch at the mess for old times’ sake, a gala dinner and sometimes an alumni versus students cricket match the next morning. The alumni cell needs numbers for every one of those, and graduates from across India and abroad need the plan early to book travel.
This free page lays the whole day out with a time, venue and Google Maps button for each item, and alumni reply for exactly the parts they will attend. The organising team sees a per-event headcount and downloads it as CSV or Excel for the hostel office and the caterer.
