A school reunion usually starts in a WhatsApp group with two hundred unread messages. Someone suggests a date, someone else books a hall, a few people volunteer to call the classmates who are not on the group, and by the end nobody is sure who is coming or what time the school visit is. Ten, twenty or twenty-five years later, people also live in different cities and need time to book tickets.
A single reunion page settles it. List the morning visit to the school, the teachers’ felicitation, the lunch and the evening of music and memories, each with its own time and map. Add old class photos as a photo story, ask everyone to RSVP for the parts they will attend and export the list to Excel for the hotel. Pin the link in the batch group and share a QR card at the school gate.
