Your child’s vaccines, with dates

Add your child’s birth date. We list each vaccine from the national schedule with the date it is due, so you can tick what is done and see what is next.

How it works

  • Dates follow the Government of India National Immunization Schedule. These vaccines are free at government hospitals, health centres and Anganwadi sessions.
  • A vaccine shows as due from its date for 4 weeks, then overdue. A late dose can usually still be given, so go to your health centre; the ANM will tell you.
  • Optional vaccines from the Indian Academy of Pediatrics are off by default. They are not in the free schedule; ask your paediatrician whether your child needs them.
  • Everything stays on this phone. You can send the next dates to Mera IndiaDigital for reminders.

Questions people ask

My child missed a vaccine. What now?

Do not restart the course. Go to your nearest health centre or session with the MCP card; the ANM or doctor will give the missed doses as the rules allow.

Is this the same as the MCP card?

It follows the same national schedule. Your MCP card and U-WIN record are the official record, so always get each dose written there too.

What is JE and does my child need it?

Japanese Encephalitis vaccine is given only in districts where JE is common. Ask your ANM whether your district is one; you can switch JE off here.

Is the child ill after a vaccine?

Mild fever, crying or a sore spot for a day or two is common. For a high fever, fits, swelling of the face or trouble breathing, go to a doctor at once or call 108.
