Questions people ask

Is there a fee?

No fee up to ₹5 lakh. Above that, a small fee by slab, paid online on e-Jagriti.

Can I complain about a free service?

No. The law covers goods and services you paid for, or promised to pay for. Government services paid for by fees can count; free ones do not.
