Unicode or legacy font?
Legacy Hindi fonts like Krutidev map Hindi shapes onto English letters, so the text only looks right in that font. Unicode text typed with Inscript is real Hindi: it can be searched, copied and read on any phone.
- Many recent exams use Unicode (often with the Mangal font) and Inscript
- Some still allow or require Remington (Krutidev) — read your notification
