Zindagi ka calendar: what is coming for your family
Only a birth month and year for each person. We work out the Aadhaar updates, voter ID, licence, passport, savings and pension dates, and keep them in your Mera reminders.

How it works
- Each date is worked out from the birth month and the official rule, so it is the 1st of that month. A window that is open now shows first.
- Tap "Keep in Mera reminders" and the next dates (up to three years ahead) join your Mera reminders, three months early. They update when you change a birth month.
- We never ask for a date of birth, Aadhaar, PAN or account number. The birth month stays in this browser.
- PPF and Sukanya Samriddhi: add the month the account was opened to get the yearly deposit reminder and the maturity dates.
Questions people ask
Is the Aadhaar update at 5 and 15 really compulsory?
Yes. UIDAI calls it the mandatory biometric update. It is free between 5 and 7 and between 15 and 17. If it is not done, the child’s Aadhaar can stop working for schools, scholarships and exams.
Why only the birth month and not the full date?
A month is enough for every rule here, and a full date of birth is personal data we do not need. Reminders come three months early, so a few days either way does not matter.
Can my 17-year-old apply for a voter ID?
Yes. The Election Commission accepts Form 6 from 17-year-olds in advance. The name joins the roll on the next qualifying date (1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October) after they turn 18.
Do these reminders reach my phone?
They always show on your Mera page. If you have turned on Mera notifications, open Mera once after adding them so the new times are sent; only the time and a generic label leave the phone.
