How it works
- Everything is saved only in this browser on this phone. We never receive it, so we can never share or sell it.
- Add a passphrase to lock it. Your data is then encrypted on the phone (AES-GCM, key made from your passphrase). If you forget the passphrase, nobody can open it, not even us; you can only wipe it.
- Wipe removes everything in one tap. Use it on a shared phone, or before you give the phone to someone.
- The next period line is only the average of your last cycles, with your own shortest and longest. It is not a prediction and not a fertility or birth control method.
- A cycle counts from the first day of one period to the day before the next. It is usually 21 to 35 days; a period usually lasts 2 to 7 days.
Questions people ask
Can I use this to avoid or plan a pregnancy?
No. This tracker does not show fertile days and is not a contraception method. Talk to a doctor or your nearest health centre for that.
When should I see a doctor?
If periods stop for 3 months or more and you are not pregnant, are very heavy (changing a pad every 1 to 2 hours, or clots bigger than about 2.5 cm), last more than 7 days, come less than 21 or more than 35 days apart, cause pain that stops daily life, or you bleed between periods, after sex or after menopause. Also if periods have not started by 16.
What are the signs of PCOS?
Irregular or no periods, extra hair on the face, chest or back, thinning hair on the head, oily skin or acne, weight gain and difficulty getting pregnant. Only a doctor can diagnose PCOS, usually with blood tests and sometimes an ultrasound. It is common and manageable.
My periods are irregular. Is that normal?
In the first year or two after periods start, and in the years before menopause, cycles are often irregular. Stress, illness, weight change and some medicines also change them. If it keeps happening, see a doctor.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Your entries are deleted, because they live only in this browser. Use Export to keep your own copy as a file.
Why does the badge say offline?
It shows whether your phone has internet right now. The tracker works the same either way, because it never sends anything.
