Kis se shikayat hai? The right door, in the right order
Regulators only take your complaint after the company has had its chance. Pick the sector, write the first letter here, and we remind you the day the next door opens.

How it works
- Each sector shows its ladder: the company first, then the regulator or helpline, then the Consumer Commission. The waiting time on each step comes from the regulator’s own rules.
- Tap "Track this complaint" and note the date you complained. When the waiting time ends, a reminder appears in Mera, like a courier tracker.
- We never store complaint, docket or account numbers. Keep them in the SMS or email you got; here we keep only a short name and the dates.
- The first letter is written by our consumer complaint helper and saved as a PDF on your phone. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Questions people ask
Can I go straight to the RBI Ombudsman?
No. Complain to the bank first. You can go to the RBI Ombudsman on cms.rbi.org.in if the bank rejects it, you are not satisfied with the reply, or it does not reply within 30 days. Since 1 July 2026 you then have 90 days to file, so do not wait.
My insurance claim was rejected. What now?
Write to the insurer’s grievance officer, then register it on IRDAI Bima Bharosa. If the insurer still rejects it or does not reply in 30 days, the Insurance Ombudsman hears claims up to ₹50 lakh for free.
I lost money to an online fraud. Is this the right page?
Call 1930 first, right now, then report on cybercrime.gov.in and tell your bank. Speed matters more than anything else in the first hour.
Does the Consumer Commission need a lawyer?
No. You can file yourself on e-Jagriti. The District Commission hears claims up to ₹50 lakh. File within 2 years of the problem.
