Reading aids
Use "Listen" at the top of the page to hear the text read aloud.
Mann is self-help and a guide to real help, not treatment or diagnosis. Everything stays on your phone. All Mann tools
How it works
- The visual timer shows time as a shrinking disc. Pick 10, 25 or 45 minutes; a short break is suggested after.
- "Chhote kadam": write a task, then the smallest first steps. Tick them off one by one.
- Leave-by planner: enter when you must be there and how long each step takes; we work backwards and can add a reminder in Mera.
- Readable font and the reading ruler help with dyslexia and tired eyes. Read-aloud is at the top of the page.
Questions people ask
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use this?
No. These tools help anyone who finds focus hard. If you think you or your child may have ADHD, see a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist for an assessment.
Is there a study room with friends?
Not yet. For now the kit is for you alone, with nothing shared.
Is what I write private?
Everything you write stays on this phone. Nothing is sent to us or anyone. You can lock it with a passphrase, leave in one tap, or delete it all.
