Open the official ABHA service ↗

Official service: Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission — National Health Authority. IndiaDigital is independent. Enter identifiers, credentials and OTPs only on the authority’s service.

Take it step by step

  1. Start with ABDM’s official information and identify whether you need a health account or help accessing an existing record.
  2. Use the official ABHA service or a verified ABDM-enabled healthcare service for its account procedure.
  3. Read a record-linking or sharing request, including who will receive the information and the stated purpose.
  4. Inspect linked records for the correct person, provider and dates. Contact the healthcare provider about missing or incorrect clinical records.
  5. Use the service’s consent controls for future sharing. Keep downloaded copies private and retain the original provider documents.
A CONCRETE EXAMPLE

A situation to try.

A lab report becomes available through a health-record service. Before sharing it, check the recipient and requested records rather than approving every access request automatically.

Use the tool’s synthetic example first where available. The example here explains a decision; it is not a reported benchmark result.

Before you call it done.

  • Check the provider and patient record.
  • Read the purpose and recipient of consent.
  • Keep reports out of public screenshots.

Know the limits.

A digital health account is not a diagnosis or confirmation of insurance eligibility. IndiaDigital cannot access ABDM records or provide clinical interpretation; ask the provider about medical questions.
