- Use the government service listing to find the applicable official route. Municipal and state systems can differ.
- Choose the actual task: registration, a copy of an existing certificate or a correction. Read that task’s required evidence.
- Provide information on the authority’s service or through its stated office procedure. Preserve hospital or registrar records and acknowledgement details.
- Check the issued record carefully and use the registrar’s correction route for errors. Keep the original certificate unchanged.
