Take it step by step
- Read the portal requirements for each document separately. Photo dimensions, signature dimensions and PDF limits can differ.
- Use photo/signature sizing, scanner and PDF tools on the files you actually need. Review visual quality and inspect dimensions and bytes after export.
- Bring the reviewed outputs to the application pack. Remove unrelated documents and download the numbered ZIP.
- Check whether the portal accepts ZIP at all. If it asks for individual files, submit those files separately on its website.
A situation to try.
A CV PDF and a signature image can have different limits. Compressing the PDF does not change the image dimensions; a smaller ZIP does not prove either file is acceptable.

Know the limits.
Application packaging does not guarantee compliance, reduce every file or submit anything. Keep sensitive backups private and avoid unnecessary identity-document sharing.
This tool’s current boundary: Up to 20 files and 50 MB combined. Packaging does not establish official portal compliance or automatically compress files.
