Take it step by step
- Keep a factual master CV and paste the actual vacancy text. A URL is a reference; imported posting text must be reviewed for missing sections.
- Create a named job version. Review each requirement with the evidence suggestions, and mark whether the evidence supports the requirement, needs clarification or is absent.
- Reorder relevant entries without changing facts. Shared words are only a retrieval hint: “managed a database project” does not prove experience managing people.
- Compare any optional AI suggestion against the original facts. Accept only wording you can defend; inspect the new page preview before export.
A situation to try.
A posting asks for React and team leadership. A supplied React project supports discussion of React. It does not establish leadership unless your profile actually includes that responsibility.
Use the tool’s synthetic example first where available. The example here explains a decision; it is not a reported benchmark result.
Before you call it done.
- Master and job version remain separate.
- Requirements are quoted from the supplied vacancy.
- New dates, numbers, employers or credentials are not introduced.
Know the limits.
The evidence table is a user review aid, not a validated ATS score, qualification verifier or probability of being hired.
This tool’s current boundary: Shared-term matches suggest evidence; they do not prove a qualification. Optional local AI may invent claims: review all changes. No job URL fetching or hiring prediction.
Evidence and scope
Technical source guidance and task-specific output checks. These do not establish that every file, browser or device passes.
Use the checks above on your own exported result. A source explains the format or mechanism; it is not proof that this export preserved every feature.

Choose the right tool for this step.
Tailor a CV to a job
Compare a supplied vacancy with your facts and create a separate, reviewed CV version.
On your deviceWhy use it: Tailoring should make relevant evidence easier to find. It should not turn an absent qualification into an invented one.
Before you start: Read the current tool boundary and inspect your own result.
Private application tracker
Track real applications, stages and next actions, then export your own records.
On your deviceWhy use it: Keep the next step organised using your supplied facts.
Before you start: Saving and model downloads are explicit; nothing is sent to employers.
Preparation tools process locally. Official service links take you to the authority’s website. Inspect any exported copy before sharing it.
