Take it step by step
- Use clear section names, factual dates and a simple reading order. Avoid using decorative graphics as the only representation of skills or contact information.
- Follow the employer’s requested format instead of assuming PDF is always preferred. The CV studio provides PDF, editable DOCX and plain text.
- Inspect the exported text, not only the page design. A heading and entry that look adjacent might be extracted differently by another parser.
- If a portal shows parsed fields, review and correct them before submitting. IndiaDigital does not submit forms or see those fields.
A situation to try.
A portal may parse “Projects” correctly but fail to recognise a non-standard qualification abbreviation. Write the actual qualification clearly and inspect the portal’s interpretation.
Use the tool’s synthetic example first where available. The example here explains a decision; it is not a reported benchmark result.
Before you call it done.
- Use ordinary section labels.
- Check key facts after copying PDF text.
- Review employer portal fields yourself.
Know the limits.
IndiaDigital does not run each employer’s proprietary parser. Template quality is evaluated through our export checks, not fabricated ATS scores or hiring-success percentages.
This tool’s current boundary: Bundled PDF fonts support Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and Devanagari; use DOCX for other scripts. Review every export. No universal ATS compatibility claim.
Evidence and scope
Technical source guidance and task-specific output checks. These do not establish that every file, browser or device passes.
Use the checks above on your own exported result. A source explains the format or mechanism; it is not proof that this export preserved every feature.

Private CV studio
Build a factual CV with six templates, real PDF page previews and editable DOCX exports.
On your deviceWhy use it: Readable structure can help software extract information, but there is no universal template that proves compatibility with every employer’s system.
Before you start: Read the current tool boundary and inspect your own result.
Tailor a CV to a job
Compare a supplied vacancy with your facts and create a separate, reviewed CV version.
On your deviceWhy use it: Keep the next step organised using your supplied facts.
Before you start: Saving and model downloads are explicit; nothing is sent to employers.
Preparation tools process locally. Official service links take you to the authority’s website. Inspect any exported copy before sharing it.
