Take it step by step
- Sign in through DigiLocker’s official website or app. Students use DigiLocker; NAD’s institution-publishing process is a different route.
- Browse Education and select your actual board, university or institution and the requested award type.
- Supply the requested examination or registration details and review consent. Match the year and spelling to the issuer’s records.
- Retrieve the award into Issued Documents when it is available. Check the issuer, award, name and result before sharing.
- If the issuer or record is missing or incorrect, contact the institution. Save its reply and ask about publication or correction rather than editing the certificate.
A situation to try.
A downloaded scan appears in personal uploads, but an employer requests an issued degree. Retrieve the institution-issued record if available; a personal scan does not become a NAD-issued award.

- Distinguish issued records from personal uploads.
- Keep the verified original unchanged.
Know the limits.
Availability depends on the institution publishing its awards. Students cannot publish their own awards into NAD. Converting or compressing a signed issued PDF may change its verification properties.
