Take it step by step
- Add actual applications with employer, role, vacancy reference and date. Do not add passwords or identity documents to notes.
- Update stages when you receive information and write one concrete next action. Use stage filtering to find the work that needs attention.
- Save on this device only if you want browser storage. Later edits need another explicit save; the saved snapshot is not cloud-synchronised.
- Download a backup or CSV before changing devices. Validate and review an imported backup before replacing the current workspace.
A situation to try.
An interview entry can have “Prepare two project examples before Friday” as its next action. Recording that action is more useful than repeatedly opening an unorganised folder of CVs.
Use the tool’s synthetic example first where available. The example here explains a decision; it is not a reported benchmark result.
Before you call it done.
- No passwords or sensitive identifiers in notes.
- Saved snapshot reflects the latest intended changes.
- Backup is kept in a private location.
Know the limits.
Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable. CSV formula prefixes are neutralised, but the exported file still contains the personal notes you chose to include.
This tool’s current boundary: Local saving is explicit and browser-specific. No cloud sync, vacancy feed or automatic submissions. CSV exports neutralise formula prefixes.
Evidence and scope
Technical source guidance and task-specific output checks. These do not establish that every file, browser or device passes.
Use the checks above on your own exported result. A source explains the format or mechanism; it is not proof that this export preserved every feature.
