Take it step by step
- Name the project and distinguish personal work from coursework or a team project. State your actual dates and context.
- Write one sentence about the problem and one about what you personally built, analysed or tested. Describe the result without inventing measured impact.
- Add a usable portfolio or repository reference if it is safe to share. Remove private credentials, customer material and restricted coursework.
- Use interview practice to explain decisions, trade-offs and what you would change. If you cannot explain a claim, revise it before adding it to the CV.
A situation to try.
“Built a local revision tracker and tested date calculations” is a factual description when that work happened. “Improved student performance by 40%” needs actual supporting measurement.
Use the tool’s synthetic example first where available. The example here explains a decision; it is not a reported benchmark result.
Before you call it done.
- Your contribution is explicit.
- Numbers have evidence.
- Shared material contains no secrets.
Know the limits.
A portfolio link is not independent verification of skill. Institutions and employers may have their own rules about publishing coursework or proprietary work.
This tool’s current boundary: Bundled PDF fonts support Latin, Greek, Cyrillic and Devanagari; use DOCX for other scripts. Review every export. No universal ATS compatibility claim.
Evidence and scope
Technical source guidance and task-specific output checks. These do not establish that every file, browser or device passes.
Use the checks above on your own exported result. A source explains the format or mechanism; it is not proof that this export preserved every feature.
