- Read the service’s eligibility, evidence, validity and application instructions. Do not assume another state’s document list applies.
- Prepare legible copies only where requested and retain originals. Review names and addresses before submitting on the official service.
- Keep the acknowledgement and use the issuing department’s tracking or correction process. Ask the receiving organisation about acceptable validity dates.
