How a review works
- Every fact on the site has a stable id: tax slabs, medicine notes, first-aid steps, legal timelines.
- A reviewer opens a private invite link and sees only claims in their field, with the official source and what changed since the last review.
- They approve, suggest a change, flag it as wrong, or say it is outside their expertise.
- Medicine, health, mental health and legal claims need two keys: two reviewers, or one reviewer plus the editor with a cited official source.
- A page says “Reviewed by” only when every claim on it is current. Otherwise it honestly says “partly reviewed”.
- Reviews expire: after 6 months for tax and medicine, 12 months for everything else, and at once if the fact changes.
What a profile may show
- Doctors and psychiatrists
- NMC conduct rules: name, qualification, registration number with a link to the official register, city, specialty and pages reviewed. No clinic phone, no “book now”.
- Advocates
- Bar Council of India Rule 36 allows name, enrolment number, qualifications and areas of practice. We show only those, and no contact details.
- Chartered accountants
- ICAI code of ethics: the same factual profile, no solicitation.
- Pharmacists, psychologists, insurance
- Registration with the state pharmacy council, RCI or IRDAI, checked by hand on the public register.
We verify every reviewer by hand on the official register and a short video call. Each signs a one-page declaration: conflicts of interest, no paid promotion, and they may withdraw any time. Registers are re-checked every quarter.
