How a fix happens
- Any reader can press “Something looks wrong?” on a tool and pick the line. No text, no name: we only count reports.
- The report goes to the review queue of the right expert (doctor, pharmacist, CA, advocate).
- The editor checks the official source, changes the page, and adds a line here the same day.
