Aadhaar number
Aadhaar is required. e-KYC (OTP, face or fingerprint) is a must before any instalment.
Farmer name (as in Aadhaar)
Exactly as on Aadhaar. The bank account and land record names should match too.
Common mistake: Name in the land record (khatauni) spelled differently from Aadhaar: payment is held.
Mobile number
For OTP and status SMS.
Gender and category
General, OBC, SC or ST.
Land details: survey or khasra number, khata, area
Copy the numbers from your state land record. The land must be in your name; land seeding by the state is checked before payment.

Bank account number
Money goes to the Aadhaar-seeded account (DBT). Check at your bank that Aadhaar is seeded with NPCI.

IFSC
11 characters, from the passbook.
Example:
PUNB0123400Address: state, district, sub-district, village
Pick from the lists. The village must be where the land is recorded.
Why forms get rejected
- e-KYC not done: the instalment is not released.
- Bank account not Aadhaar-seeded for DBT.
- Applying when an exclusion applies: income tax payers, institutional land holders, serving or retired officers with pension of ₹10,000 or more (except Group D and MTS), doctors, engineers, lawyers and CAs in practice, and holders of constitutional posts are not eligible. Wrongly taken money is recovered.
