How much is it bothering you?

PHQ-9: mood over the last two weeks
Feeling low, losing interest, tiredness
This is a screening questionnaire, not a test that gives a diagnosis. Only a professional can do that.
Over the last 2 weeks, how often have you been bothered by any of the following problems?
PHQ-9: Kroenke K, Spitzer RL, Williams JBW. J Gen Intern Med 2001;16:606-613. Developed by Drs Robert L Spitzer, Janet BW Williams, Kurt Kroenke and colleagues, with an educational grant from Pfizer Inc. No permission required to reproduce, translate, display or distribute.
Mann is self-help and a guide to real help, not treatment or diagnosis. Everything stays on your phone. All Mann tools
How it works
- Pick a questionnaire and answer for the time it asks about (the last two weeks, or the last seven days for EPDS).
- You see your score and what that range usually means. Only a professional can diagnose; the score is a starting point for a conversation.
- You can save the score with the date on this phone, to show a doctor or to compare later.
- If you answer that you have had thoughts of harming yourself, we show you real help straight away.
Questions people ask
Is my score a diagnosis?
No. These questionnaires are for screening. A high score means it is worth talking to a doctor, psychologist or Tele-MANAS, who can understand your whole situation.
Why is there no ADHD test?
The common adult ADHD screener has licence terms we have not been able to confirm, so we do not include it. The focus kit and the parents and teachers guide explain how assessment works in India.
Is what I write private?
Everything you write stays on this phone. Nothing is sent to us or anyone. You can lock it with a passphrase, leave in one tap, or delete it all.
